Chef Ohrnstein can travel anywhere in the country to speak to your group on a variety of topics, including setting up a catering company, nutrition, using soy and tofu, special diets, including Pritikin, Zone, diabetic, low-fat and fat-free, and much more. The speaking engagement can also be accompanied by a cooking demonstration.
